May 22 - Fresh Airs

Opening night of Fresh Voices IX, but, before that, page 6 of Elijah Rock: X. May (Jezebel and Elijah) orchestration, and off to DVC (the ritual Friday after exams) and St. Mary's

where it's graduation day, meeting with

Christine Wong and

A.J. Garcia, then taking a brief stroll on the Lafayette-Moraga Trail from the college to a

viewpoint of the Berkeley Hills and returning to find all the academic touchstones

in place.

After stopping at Chamber Arts to pick up part of a set (where Eliza holds forth with a student),

excellent placement is also true at San Francisco Cabaret Opera (Suzanna setting up a spread),

as Maria Mikheyenko stands ready to trod the boards at SF Community Music in the title role of Sex and Delilah for dress rehearsal and first performance (shots below from former), of

I. Death

II. Defeat (with Kristin Brown and Nanette McGuiness)

III. Delilah.

Other fine performances of the evening include Dalyte Kodzis and William Loney in The Touch, and a fantastic Fade.
