October 15 - All the Time in the World

Yet again two more pages of The Gospel According to St. Matthew: XX. The Coming Persecutions orchestrated, and finally get all the belated journals out -- not without cost -- which is a protracted stint at the local

P.O., where people are picking up their shadows from storage (a la Richard Brautigan's complicated banking problems), mailing tortoises, etc.

Quiz 9 for the Theoreticians follows hard apace, with examples drawn from Charles Ives's Serenity, Scott Joplin rags, Claude Debussy's Children's Corner and Preludes, and Igor Stravinsky's Firebird, Petrushka, and Rite of Spring, then coffee-less spaghetti-ful lunch al fresco

(which shouldn't have taken long, since it's only a melding of Matthew lyrics with Animal Farm: XXVI. Wolves) and recording

a tourist attraction of Respighi and the Ernesto De Curtis (October 4, 1875 - December 31, 1937) Torna a Surriento (1902), beginning with page 1 of the fourth movement.

Also incorporate the orchestration of John and Salome: IV. Are You the One as XXI. The Messengers in The Gospel According to St. Matthew, begin instrumentalization of the latter's XXII. Come Unto Me, and prepare for publication and do the visual libretto for Sex and the Bible: The Opera (Part I)...from Quartet for the Beginning of Time: Adam and Eve and Cain and Abel...IV. Ragtime Intermezzo of Expulsion.
